Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehousing and order operations. As a key component of our operations team, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of 10 warehouse employees, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This hands-on role requires not only managing daily warehouse activities but also directly participating in tasks such as inventory control, order filling, and shipment preparation. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Oversee and directly engage in activities including receiving, inventory control, order filling, and shipping.
• Schedule labor and manage resources effectively to meet operational demands and timelines.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness.
• Implement and oversee inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies through accurate record-keeping.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure effective communication of customer variances to internal and external contacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and problem-solving.
• Supervise a team predominantly of Spanish-speaking employees, requiring bilingual communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing 5 employees.
• Proven ability to problem solve and manage inventory effectively.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (8 hours a day) and regularly lift up to 45 pounds.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work additional hours and weekends during peak seasons (October and November).
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred to effectively manage team dynamics.
